I guess it would be wrong to put in a plug for an American tire distributor..... Since I don't want to puncture anyone's feelings, I'll just spare you my inane comments. Things patched up?
10% is hardly going to "blow-out" the competition in this shameless business "plug", it just makes me "cross-plying" his offer in several sections of the forum. Besides £350 for a Tyre that was £60 only a few years ago is really taking the "Hissssss"
Why lug out that old history? I'm thinking I need to 'jack this thread and change the alignment before we end up in the ditch and need a toe-in. We need to concentrate on keeping the pressure on the vendors so as to gauge their prices.
Briefly back on topic. It's a good price, better than what is available domestically, even without the discount. ***** all you want, but these are short run tires that are pricey to make and pricey to buy. And since all your cars are in the $200K range and UP UP UP, that makes a set of four about a 1% investment, right? So . . . Open your wallets, clear out the moths and pop a few quid for a correct set of tyres. D
Well we have really been wall to wall on this tread.........I mean thread Time to put the skids on it! So Long....................Stone
Huh??? I just noticed that I'm in the 206/246 section. Oh well....back I go to the 308 section with all the other pedestrian Ferrari owners.
What part of this did you guys miss? And, if I still owned my Dino, I'd be ordering those tires RIGHT NOW, as the ones on my Dino would be about 7 or 8 years old and past their prime. D
Oh, because all the other posts in this tread are on topic and about Dinos? Or is that Dynos? Yup, I know you see what I did there. D
