    Things are running great with my 355. Only taken it out a handful of times in September. I was busy with photography assignments in China and Canada for 3 of the four weeks.

    I had the a/c recharged at my shop last week and they repaired a leak at one of the seals. Running perfect and cold now - again. Temperatures are cooling down in AZ and I am not on the road as much with the slow part of the year. I will be doing some sticky replacements and swapping out for a new Alpine unit, should be some fun fixes.

    So I arrived in Munich with the family today. We are headed for 10 days off in Bavaria, Austria, and of course northern italy. Tomorrow a visit to the BMW museum, then Berchtesgaden, then Venice.

    I was just in Maranello in April with my son, but you can never get enough of the area. Here with my wife and two daughters this trip. Will post some updated photos from the road trip across the pond in Maranello next week.

    Looking forward to eating at Montana's restaurant Tuesday. Best food I have ever eaten, next to the fiorano race track.

    Sounds like a great trip Robb. The only regret you'll have is not being able to drive the F355 on all those beautiful, curvy roads. Looking forward to seeing your photos.

    Raining a lot in Bavaria, Salzburg, and Venice.

    Beer tents are packed for Octoberfest.

    Great Rolls Royce exhibit at the BMW museum in Munich. Also like their new feature on their history with their motorbikes. I know it's not 355 related but it is great to see all the car places in this area.

    Rented a Mercedes CLS shooting break from Hertz. Great car. Roads have been great. I will have to bring the 355 over here at some point or buy one to keep in Europe when my wife and I retire.

    Fresh pasta for dinner tonight. Monday will be lots of sites in Venice. Will be looking for some art museums - haven't made those a priority when visiting Venice in the past but that's what my wife wants to see so all's fair. Hopefully I will have specific 355 stuff to post on Wednesday.

    Thanks for the Pics from COTA! I try my best to keep my car clean but, the interior plastic parts are now a bit of a mess if one touchs it. I also need to have these replaced or refinished.

    Enjoy the Octoberfest! I hope to return to Germany soon to see the Porsche Museum.

    While in Venice pick up a bottle of Bicerin di Gianduiotto! Chocolate Liquor and candy that is just amazing. Last time in Turin our friends there gave us a sample and I was hooked!

    Great day in Maranello.

    Lots of good photos to share. They had the '97 World Tour 355 on display!

    And a 348 race car which was truly awesome.

    The new 458 Speciale and lots more.

    Off to food at Montana Restaurant.

    Lunch at Cavalino was fantastic.

    Lots of construction for the new Scuderia facilities. Looks like a deep foundation garage under it.

    Awesome thread and pics. And you're killing me with the restaurant talk especially about Venice. I'm 50% on my mom's side and have been there twice. Modena and Maranello are next on the list. And Cavalino? What a great name! The light mod guys need to see this.
