Any other owners on here? Bought mine 6 months ago and i am absolutely smitten, never had a car that is so well put together. Mines a 2007 and cost me around £50,000 ... New these are around £165,000 so a used one is superb value, particularly given how similar it is to current model. We use it for trips into London, etc .. Perfect leisurely cruser. I really like the looks of the GT, and I really appreciate the general idea of a truly luxurious grand touring car. It would make a great contrast to my loud and relatively raw 355. The earlier models have depreciated to the point that they are becoming very tempting. Are there any big known issues with these cars? I have read mixed reports regarding the reliability of the W-12 engines, and would love to hear some actual first-hand experiences.
Ive had no issues whatsover, i bought it from a main dealer and it comes with a two year warranty. No real horror stories on post 06 cars as i understand it.
A friend of mine bought a 2009 GTC three years ago when it had 18k miles... it has 72k miles now and he's never had any issues with it - only does regular service and lots of tires.
