    You probably meant to say it's the ventilation of gas and oil vapor inside the lubrication system, not the ventilation or re-circulation of exhaust gas. I understand now.

    Gas, meaning blow-by exhaust... Yeah. EGR, or really a positive crankcase ventilation...
