I have a brand new pair of SPAL 30102050 radiator fans.

My 1995 355 with 57,000 miles runs great on the original fans.

Should I swap the new fans in?

Is it a worthy upgrade bearing in mind my fans are 18 years old and have covered significant mileage?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If they need replacing, you will know.

As long as they are running normally, not blowing fuses and fan blades not spinning on the shafts, I would leave them in ... :)

if you have them. put them in. its cheap insurance. my fan started to gve out just outside of Le Mans one year. the fan started to draw excessive current through the fuse board. which caused an overheat and this impacted the fuel pump. hence, engine cuts.

    Regards
    Rob
