The thread is about speculation, followed by results. Year inst over to read the results. But thanks anyway!
I havent driven the 12c yet. I am partial to the visceral reaction the 458 gives, esp the exhaust notes.
Agree exhaust note on 458 is better then MP4, but MP4 is a better car especially at sub $200k. FWIW Bought 2 458 coupes in last 4 months, $235k for a 10 red tan with 7,000 miles. Then a black black 2010 with 11k miles for $220k. Also just paid +$20k on a spider red / black 2013 2300 miles. Coupes are going to see their steepest price drop now in winter as spiders are becoming more prevalent. Before you know it $180-220k will be common place. Dont believe me see what a dealer will offer you to buy yours outright.
Anything 360 and newer are simply cookie cutter production auto's. They will continue to fall in price. Soon enough they will be 90k cars like the 360 is currently, or cheaper. 218k at at the moment is logical and more of a real price then what you may see advertised. What dealers ask, and what they sell for are completely different
2010 Ferrari 458 Italia Mileage: 8,861 $209,980 458 at 200k already but with 20K miles 2010/2011 if get lucky i seen 8K miles
Im willing to bet good money you will be able to pick one up in Jan-Feb for right at 200k, if not a couple dollars under 200k...thats with 10kish miles, decent colors and options..
cheapest one I found was for $232K with 8,300 miles. 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia For Sale in Hinsdale, IL 60521 | Global Autosports
I guess when this thread gets "old enough" (is it fall yet) we will know. P.S. It's fall here is the US and it appears most of the 458 coupes are still above the $225K mark. : )
Would sell black black 2010 for $215,000 13,700 miles no accidents 2 owner. Car is in NJ, have a $210,000 wholesale offer from dealer would rather private party otherwise its going to sell for $225+
Well other cars like the 430 and 599 after 6 years have dropped that low or lower if the 430. Since the 599 was 350k and the 458 250k I wonder if the 2010s in 2-3 more years will be down in that range.
Not one message. Wholesaler is buying it tomorrow for $210,000. Cant say I didn't try hooking someone up.
