So there is a decent write up on the rear damper removal, any steps on removing the fronts?

Do I need to pull out the carpet in the frunk?

There is one bolt holding the lower part of the damper in place, will i be able to get the damper out without having to take apart any other suspension components?

    thanks
    Ryan

Raise car at correct jack points.
    Remove carpet from trunk.
    Remove shock actuators.
Remove upper bolts and lower bolt.
Pay attention to location of any spacers on lower.
Use pry bar if necessary to get them out. (To campress them about 1/8")

thanks, I was hoping I won't have to remove the carpet, I'm assuming I remove the rubber seal under the hood that outlines the trunk and it will be obvious on how to remove the carpet from there?

Yes rubber seal and upper carpet section along with the metal straps in the trunk. Watch out for the the dried white stuff that falls out. I think this is compressed and old talc that was used to install the weather stripping. It's a mess, but I used tape to get it all up. It is so much easier to work on with the carpet covering cleared.
