La Tur is a tangy, creamy one from Northern Italy. We try to offset the tang with evoo and dried apricots. Wonderful cheese that seems to be everywhere. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Torta di Canarejal Sheep's milk Spaniard with a white rind. It's usually sold in a soft, fondu like state, the rind barely able to contain it. People split the top open and spoon the treasure within over neutral bread. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
^^^That's nacho cheeze!!! I tried one that sounded bad but somehow really worked well. Coconut Gouda. I didn't think I would like it at all but it was great.
