Anyone know of a wheel shop that can machine the back of the wheel down for a 360 wheel to fit a 355? I got mine and they are certainly going to have to be modified.

Preferably one that you used for the same job, I can use google as well as anyone, looking for persona experience here.

Since there wasn't a shop to be found I took them to a very good machine shop near me and they get it exactly right as I expected them to. I had them remove 20mm which left me needing lug bolts 20mm shorter. I spoke with the main guy at Otis Inc. and he had 32mm (OEM is 52mm) bolts he said were made by the OEM manufacturer for Ferrari. The site lists in sets of 20 but they do sell a set of 10 for half the price. The bolts arrived yesterday and they are identical in shape, and seat angle to my factory bolts. The wheels are now on the car and fit properly. I will get some pics as soon as it isn't trapped in the garage due to snow and freezing rain.

Did you put starfish wheels on or challenge wheels?

I actually have the yellow ones, I had a brand new set on hand. I figured I would go with the black ones but the yellow actually jumped out at me. I'll get pics up as soon as I can. This was totally worth the trouble. The only thing not certain though is the tires, I have 295s which are a bit wider, they don't look like they are going to rub and if they do it will be only by a hair. The solution is easy, drop down to 285 or even stock (275) and there would be tons of room, but I think I can keep the 295s.

I thought others used 360 wheels and they just bolted on with no mods?

348 guys can, because they had that extra clearance, or had a spacer that could be removed. I do recall seeing someone saying they ran 360 wheels on a 355 unmodified, and in the spirit of checking first I bolted these on stock (rears, again) and they stuck out past the wheel well like crazy. Now they fit within just barely with the 295s and for sure with the 275s.

Is it possible they were using the stock 275 so not much difference?
