To fix, you can use a *VERY* gentle heat gun. If you are too close, or too hot, the top will have brown spots. Really, just keep the top up on a nice warm day and they'll generally disappear.

As mentioned, first try to keep top up during a warm sunny day. It should stretch back.
When putting top down, you may want place a cotton towel over the window, so the fold is a little less severe.

What happened in this particular instance is my neighbors kid sat on the damn thing at a homecoming parade....

Is there not a way to replace the whole window, I know some of the 911 convertible guys have replaced theirs.

Also this damn crease bothers the f out of me, so if no window replacement, what's the best whole top replacement.

Needless to say graduation rides are DONE

Let it cycle through the summer with some real heat for extended times
I leave my top down 90% of the time and end up with a crease. Few days with top up in the California sun it clears up quite a bit

Wow, it's lucky that just the window is having a problem. I'd guess that the top mechanism wouldn't do well with someone sitting on it.

Completely agree. When I had my spider I always kept the top up when not driving to avoid this. Also being in SoCal the generally warm weather helps maintain the window's shape. Gentling heating the window should help but be really really careful.
