That's intense. Glad he made it out uninjured as the car can be replaced, him, not so much!

A little known fact is that a car can receive a branded total loss title if stolen.

So make sure you do your due diligence.

Saw the car yesterday from the US 1 google the garage find it (2006 Ferrari F430 for sale by Shimons Cars Inc. in Hollywood, Florida )
of course no mention of anything about the flood on the add.
Only the low price makes you feel there is an history

 

Found a few listings for this car thru successive dealers:

Wonder how he bypassed the security alarm system? Okay you can get in the car and jack the ignition switch but it still won't start.

$84k - $88k would be my guess, Carfax shows 2 accidents - clean title, it is not salvage history or rebuilt title.
