Bought this from the "other Ted" almost a year ago now.... It's now up the road in Scottsdale, at least for now.

86168 is way after they quit making 328's.

 

I was going to say the same thing but I didn't want to come off as a prick. Glad you said it instead. LOL

 

OK, maybe some dumb questions about VIN's for 328's. Did the 5 digit VINs continue sequentially regardless of the preceding VIN numbers that designate country of origin, year, market, etc.? If so, were the 328 VINs mixed with VINs for other models within the model year?

HELP.
I am looking for my 1988.5 328GTS Red/Tan #78028.
It was sold by Ferrari of LI end of 2012 or beginning of 2013.
I had about 16,000 miles on her before I traded her in April 2012 for a 2011 Maserati Granturismo convertible.
But I really really miss that car.
If anyone has seen it or knows the owner, I have a very special attachment to it.
Please Please let me know.
I would like to buy it back!
