"speciale" = different seats , maybe a badge here and there and an ego stroke to the "series speciale " buyer

    " signature series" " platinum series " " limited edition " ...... eyes rolling

Do you have sex every single day?

    Why not?

Do you eat caviar every day?

Do you drink champagne every single day?

Do you smoke Cuban cigars every day?

When it's not snowing I do drive my cars daily but the 355 isn't my only fun car. If I didn't live in the snow belt I could see driving it everyday.

    What Kai said.

But please add to that, my Ferrari is a FUN car but not particularly
a COMFORTABLE car. It's a big pain in the ass to run to Safeway at 9:00 PM
to pick up milk and come right home (1 mile round trip) and park the damn
thing "just right" in the garage. It's not comfortable to drive more than 2 hours
straight for me, and has very poor "creature comforts" - no cup holders, lousy
air conditioning, heat that is always present even when the heater is off,
not feasible to take the dog or pack a lot of stuff. As for "daily driving" I work
from home and my only work trips are to clients as a sales rep. Sorry but showing
up in a Ferrari is pompous looking as hell to most people to anyone being honest
    with themselves.

But it's MY car and I drive it MY way. You might too one day if you ever really get one.

    :)

Same here. only took me 35 years of hoping and dreaming before i got it.

You should see the looks on people's faces when i roll up to the dumpster and pull a bag of trash out of the front of it. priceless!

( what they don't know is that its quadruple bagged so nothing leaks! )

I´m in the cold and snow. So I start using the car in April. Then idiots in Audi´s start chasing me. Yeah, I know that their cars are quicker than mine, but must they take every opportunity to prove it? Their cars are ugly, ok.
So, I prefer take a ride in early sunday mornings when idiots sleeping with a hangover. I don´t use my Ferrari every day. I use it when I can enjoy it whiteout obstacles. :)

I have a good stable, but find more often than not I select the 355 because it's so damn fun. I live in So Cal so weather conditions are not a difficulty here. I've owned it about two months now and have put about 900 miles on her. Plan to put about 6k a year on her, maybe more if I shoot to Vegas a few times.

The rush of driving her has yet to wear off!

For me, driving is like wine tasting. You'd get tired of drinking the same flavor everyday no matter how good. Basically a dd is like drinking water, you need it to survive, but the Ferrari and other cars are better enjoyed when you can focus on the flavor. I have put 10,000 miles on my GTS in the past year, so I've kept a pretty good buzz going!

I love hearing from someone who also isn't afraid to drive it . The only thing that keeps me from putting 10k on a year is the damn salt on the roads here, otherwise , if i lived in a better climate i'd be in it every day, life is short, i'm 45 , i only have , maybe 20 years left to enjoy the car. lol

That's what I was trying to say.

Your analogy is way better than mine. :)

I drive about 4-6k per year.
