When I made an ifo request, the site car configurator lead me to want neon green/orange, but after the price popped up, I thought of all the other choices at that price. But I surely want a single-seat, open wheel car.

I was in OC (Newport Beach - Newport Coast Dr) this past Saturday. it was warm and sunny.
so many exotics out I (sort of) lost count.
partial list:
Red 430Spyder
Red 430Coupe
Black R8
20+ 911 (997 & 996)
4-5 bentleys
White R8 redlight racing with GTR (at least road was clear)
and finally, a black Aventador on Jamboree going toward Fashion Island

It is now owned by the Marconi museum in Tustin. If you have not been, I highly recommend it. Also if you have an opportunity to visit the Noble Family collection in Fountain Valley, do so. Both will not disappoint.

Saw a black Cali with red wheels going S. on Reseda today while riding my bike. Someone on here? The red wheels are the only real reason I'm posting this spot.

 

Wow what shop! I was at the museum a couple months ago and Mr. Marconi said it sat for a long time and the computer system for the transmission was messed up. He said he was flying an ex-employee of the company that made it out to fix it since no one else could.

 

Larry at Ferrari Technologies does all the Marconi cars I believe. He's in Orange, or Tustin. I believe he said it's not a computer problem like they thought, but actually a sheered shaft in the transmission.

I've been taking my cars to him for over 15 years. He's a nice, honest guy.
