just found this on Youtube. Looks pretty well done. Don't know anything else about it Thoughts? [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Evm1AaLg8k]Ferrari Testarossa Barchetta - Scuderia Baldini & Co. Yeah cool car but I agree the mirrors look odd. Also, the whatever-they-call-it behind the driver and passenger's heads is to small. The windshield comes up higher than those pylon things, so the nice clean line from front to back is broken. Just my two cents. Joe Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk
If you are going to modify a TR, consider this BBR Koenig Competition 2 model as a guide Image Unavailable, Please Login

Of all the conversions out there I think Straman is the one who got it right... I am not Biased though! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Something at least to think about: Maybe the TR market is finally at a point where we'll start seeing more of these "retro mod"-type arrangements. The financial incentive to keep them straight-from-the-factory-fresh has lessened over the years? Joe
Actually, I think the financial incentive to keep them factory fresh is greater now than perhaps anytime in the last ten to fifteen years or so. However, there will always be a market for well executed cabs...especially the Straman which has a degree of legitimacy among collectors.
Please excuse my ignorance....what makes it a Barchetta? Or is Barchetta a word to describe a open top 2 seater? I do like the chrome air box.... (ducks for cover).
My opinion is a barchetta has no top A small boat as to say Other conversions may use the terminology However, not true to the sense if they put up the top when it rains
