nice white 246 gts for only EUR 7500.

If the asking price didn't give it away, the poor translation would ("facilities for mighty windows" is the literal translation for what probably should have referred to power windows).

    Does anyone recognise the car?

I just ran the Dutch text through GOOGLE Translate (I admit not always very accurate) and the passage in question translated as "facilities for power windows," - NOT "mighty" windows. But it still likely is a scam OR the owner is trying to market it himself independent of his own broker (NOT likely that a broker would allow that unless they have contract that would still generate a commission, even if reduced for the broker) and the owner made a huge typographical mistake in the price in his own ad.

clearly, the vendor pushed the wrong button on the price. now we see GBP230K,which,depending on how much restoration has been done,of which there is no mention, seems about on the money. With Dinos celebrating their fourtieth birthday around now,I am interested to know how many 'untouched' vehicles, specially in Europe, are worth anything like that,if the new owner faces a massive rebuild cost.

Typical example of the chicken and the egg, sort of. The advertiser (scammer) probably used google translate too, ending up with "macht venster" which really (and literally) means: Might window. So translate it back using google translate, and you're back at your starting point.

Power windows, in Dutch, would be: Elektrische ramen, or simply: power windows (we adopt a lot of the English language).

Pricing is still at EUR 7500 (the higher price mentioned in the previous reaction above, probably comes from the other link with the actual and genuine advertisement) so the one on the Dutch site, I suppose, is a very transparent scam.
