It is impressive but I remember the NBCSN hosts saying teams were getting those type of times in practice. Sometimes things don't translate during the actual race.
I watched once and counted 20 guys around the car! That's 40 man-seconds; viewed that way it's somewhat less impressive. Nevertheless, quite good choreography.

Here's Mercedes practicing with Hamilton...interesting views from GoPros http://youtu.be/FzOdmKYpIeU Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Looking at it that way you are expecting one person to do all four wheels in 40seconds... good luck with that! Even four people doing a wheel each in 10 seconds... I think 2 seconds from stop to go is pretty impressive
I really like the photo? Where'd you get that, I want to try and get it printed? Saddest thing about the original video is that sound is gone
? Audio works a treat for me. Can even hear them testing the guns ahead of time - never want yer gun going the wrong way! I think I counted 21 guys involved. Regardless, sub 2 seconds is still pretty impressive! Thanks for the post. Cheers, Ian
Very cool! Love the 'wait!' Comment! Get the other little guy working on the jack and you'll be right there! That was also pretty damn cool! The one at the end from the front jack mans lid shows they don't mess around!..... Most guys would **** if their car was lifted that violently! Thanks Cheers, Ian
Ferrari won pit crew of the year again this year, best average pit stops throughout the season, Alonso's crew slightly faster averages than massa
