Thanks. As said before, from what Ferrari of Washington told me, the oil pressure is fine, the gauge isn't accurate. They was from when they did the full service in 2009 (I have only put on 350 miles since then). Whistle happens around 3500-4500rpm, FoW told me this was normal or common, and not a concern. This was 4-5 years ago so not sure exactly, perhaps it's just the exhaust tips. Not sure what you mean by the valve train being noisy. Thanks re the revving engine info, didn't know that. Won't again, but it revs nicely loaded, too.
Did they say how they determined the pressure to be ok? I still suggest checking it with a known good gauge. I'm only basing it on the video sound pick-up it, based solely on that it sounds like a noisy valve train, i.e. the ticking of valves on seats due to either thin/low oil or valve lash being out of spec. but it could just be the way the sound is picked up. Why so little miles? they are fun to drive you know,
Just no time, usually taking son to school, etc etc. Plus our Tesla Model S has eaten up 20,000 miles of our driving over the last 12 months. Sold 2 of my other gasoline cars since we've gotten it... we just never drive them any more.
