    Well, not so fast with the bacon, I've been learning things from Daverocks. there's different types of bacon , good bacon , then there's better bacon. What kind of person prepared the bacon? a regular cook ? an expert chef? How about a chart depicting the different cooking times for different thicknesses of bacon. Canadian ? peppered ? Not just anybody can prepare bacon. Special chefs must prepare special bacon.

    The best bacon in the world, hands down, is Benton's bacon from Tennessee. Maybe they should call it Ferrari bacon.
