    I assume NO, but I fugured I should check...

    Does anyone know if it's possible to select gears in an F1 if the system is off? Manual override?

    I ask because it would be handy while working on the car or in a breakdown situation..

    It is when you consider the breeakdown situation that a Manual Transmission shines.
