    no plans to buy anything anytime soon. got a lot of other expenses to worry about plus i'm dying to add another ferrari to the stable. i'm hoping to go in on a plane with a friend down the road he already owns a nice columbia but he's looking for a partner to help hedge his expenses.

    That is a great day! Congratulations. I hope that you consider getting some tail dragger time. it will give you a chance to use ALL the controls and will give you more of a feel for the airplane.

    Id love to get experience in a tail dragger. In fact i hope to own one someday since i cant really throw more money at such an expensive hobby but ive seen some cheap old piper cubs for sale, but what will the insurance be like???
