That's a GREAT dirt bike. Probably the best product to ever come out of Spain.

    Funny again....
    Circus...me or you?
    I really have to say...
You need to " Get a Life "
You place far far too much Emphasis on other peoples doings..
you say you buy cars as well ...maybe you lose money on them ..
or maybe its just sour grapes..
For C sake..this is an Automotive BLOG site, not a dating site..

I agree with all written here. I have no problem w/ Michael selling the cars for a profit either but it was done w/ a bit of a tom sawyer white washing of the fence sales selling tonality...

in any event, these are clearly nice examples of a tr both stock and chopped...good luck with the sale!!

    I must be Good!
It worked! The Black car set a record price.

BTW...I caught the cat before it got out of the bag...
Or maybe I let it out of the bag..
Either way, TR's will follow Boxers now!

I'll repeat what I said before
Now is the time to buy TR's
I will buy another in a heartbeat , if I see one.

    Thank You!

I'm almost sorry I let you off the hook for the cigars.. my mistake.. I agree, find it odd that now both are up for sale.. Everyone is entitled to change their mind so be it.. Maybe msdesign just like to buy cars and turn them over for profit.. its ok.. his money, his car, his decision.. I'll tip my hat to you ms.. if anything he is bringing up the numbers for the Testarossa.. that is good.. How he is going about it - Meh.. I think you can be a little dicky ms.. I can be dicky at times as well.. doesnt mean I dont like you, I just think you dont mind driving down a road with a sheet of sandpaper in your hand touching some of the spectators arms and ass when you pass along the way.. No worries.. mine will buff out and will be the same as before.. Good luck with the sale and you owe me a Johnny Gold.. :).. Your not off the hook for that.. Pony up b*tch.. lol.. I'm guessing that you had every intention of selling both for the right money from the get go.. thats my assessment and I think a fair one.. key word being fair. Its ok but your gonna get some feedback like it or not...

    Be well.

I would go homeless before selling a properly sorted Straman-cut Testarossa.

    Lol

Forgive me for asking without doing my due diligence research - but the Straman "features" are essentially the Cabrio aspect, correct?

Straman did a few things, but in this case, it's just the missing roof - which I happen to find extremely attractive. I'm not really drawn to exclusivity, but Straman didn't cut that many Testarossas - and not all cut TRs were done properly. Michael's car is one of those that was done right.

Wow. I'm sorry if you misinterpreted my compliment for having such a stunning car as some kind of an affront on your decision to sell it. But you're right, I don't have a Ferrari, so what the hell do I know?

I've made more than my fair share of overreactions and misinterpretations; no harm, no foul. I still think it's crazy to sell the cut TR - it's just such an awesome car - but to each his own. I imagine the Cobra is a lot less of a pain in the ass. Just be careful; the power-to-weight ratio in that thing is intimidating.

I get your statement and how you believe in it. If I was in the market for a car, I would differently evaluate seller's post and make my decision if I want to deal with him or not. It is all about establishing credibility and I get that too.

By the way, thank you for your positive remarks regarding my post. I am like you as well, instead of ton of cars, I am have multiple 2nd homes and investment properties. I evaluate buyers based on their approach and I am not fooled yet by those who wanted to rub the accident issue in my face. Don't people realize that this is a small world??

Looks like Michael got a new toy. Congrats on that but I would have kept the TR over that beautiful example Cobra. That's just me... :)

Very cool, reminds me of playing arcade driving games in the 80's, if I owned this car it would always be top less :)

I recently saw one in Va, pretty car.

It was fairly obvious to me that his earlier threads fawning over the cars with tons of pics were basically for sale ads fishing for offers. I'd be surprised if that cobra doesn't pop up for sale in a couple of months. Not a big deal, but you can tell when he mentioned nothing about wanting the cars since he was a kid, what the acquisition process was etc. They read as basically glorified sales ads with no price listed.

So, how much for the cobra? Its a stunner.

Sorry if I truly upset someone!

After owning 3 boxers and 5 dinos
The testarossa's thrill faded fast for me.
Great Cars are my sole passion.
I find now I need greater.

So... How much will you give me for the cobra.
this one is really a supercar

    BTW...look at my avatar
Had that for 10 years now.
Been dreaming of that car since 85'
    Chose a 308 over a 288 that year
Big mistake, have to correct it.
Most likely when I have that car I will hold it a little longer
    Cant wait.

Michael, any chance you remember the VINs to your black Testarossa, and the other Ferraris you've owned? I have the serial numbers of this Testarossa and the Boxer you used to own; but just those two.

Michael if you're selling all your cars to get a 288 that is a very good reason. This car is my all time greatest Ferrari.

    I hope you find one!

    Good luck!
