Still early in the season, every team but McLaren had issues last week, so along with the heat and rain likely, this race is totally up in the air, and that makes it interesting!

I like Rosberg's chances to win based on what we've seen before, he just needs to qualify with Hamilton.

Would love to see some Williams cars on the podium, either one. Still trying to figure where Bottas would have ended up without the tire problem, wow, even thought the safety car he caused lessened the time loss.

If Alonso has won 3 times in Malaysia, I think he still finishes ahead of Kimi this time, even on the podium.

Exciting if we keep seeing Magnusson up near the podium too.

    1. Rosberg
    2. Alonso
    3. Hamilton
    4. Bottas and Magnusson in a tie!

Heat will be a real factor here. MB have various body panels specific to high heat setup tracks such as Malaysia. Renault have heat issues, doesn't sound like a good combination for any Renault powered team unless it rains and keeps their drivetrains cool!

While most of the day remained hot and sunny here, there was a heavy downpour about 4 pm yesterday, which lasted almost 20 minutes.

I do hope for a bit of mix and match of the weather this weekend.

Rain should make fuel consumption a nonissue.

I predict a repeat of AUS. Except maybe Massa makes at least 10 laps and then goes off on his own. With Kimi right behind him in the same corner on the same lap...

Seems you've also learnt another subtlety of English too.... IIRC, last time time you (?) said he'd blow the entire field! ;) Oops! :)

Assuming "Kraftwerk" refers to the group, they are playing in town tonight.

new nose for Mclaren. Lots more airflow under there now, their half a second might not be sounding too crazy now. Very similar to Force India's nose

This is the rookie pit crew. They've just seen the nose for the first time.
