I know I am going to get ragged on, but I used the Harbor Freight DA and it did a great job. I do not buff my cars often and it only cost $52 after the 20% off coupon. I used Mcquires (#7 on the label) and was not impressed. I used 3M rubbing compound and 3M machine finish and they worked the best for me.

This weekend, I buffed the top of a 2008 Mercedes that is always outside. First washed the car, then clay barred it, then buffed it, then sealed the paint with Klosse, then waxed it with Mcquires Canuba wax. Now I know why detailers get several hundred dollars to do a car. It was a $hitload of work.

The next was fixing rock chips on the 360. The paint code is PPg 322 DS. I had no luck with any of the body shops. Went to a automotive paint supply shop, which sent me to a body shop that had the Sherwin Williams paint chips (slicks with the different paint colors). They could not cross match the paint code, so we used the paint chips and it matched very well.

Got on Youtube to see the different ways to deal with the rock chips as the car had a fairly sizable one in the front. A toothpick, 1500 grit sand paper and the buffer and it worked out well.
