Grap the rubber door weather stripping right above the sill and pull straight up. Under there you will find some Phillips screws holding the sill down. After you take those out get it loose and slide it towards the front of the car as the end toward the back of the car is slid under the jam. At least that's how the carbon ones were on my car when I took them off.
