There should be new driver license test for supercar owners like at the track. The new generation cars are way too fast for the average driver.

IMO these crashes are seldom a matter of skill, rather they are a matter of judgement...

Everything just happens so much faster that most people can't react fast enough.

imho people just get too confident and cocky, these are potentially dangerous cars and should be treated with respect and responsibility, esp. on public roads

Whenever we see a crash we begin to judge. The truth of the matter is , we all live in glass houses and not one of us has not placed himself/herself (and maybe others) in danger at some point. How often have we passed another car judging on coming traffic a bit too closely? How about driving on a two lane highway in a lane going too slow and a truck some distance ahead in the other lane and we drive up to the truck and then find a way of getting ahead of some of the cars in the first line? What about momentarily getting into the throttle on a curvy road or even a freeway and finding ourselves going 100mph? How about "showing off" and then thinking "that was crazy"? I would bet a dollar to a thousand there is not one man or woman reading this who cannot think of a situation that could have resulted in pictures of a damaged or destroyed car on the forum. It is also true some people should not drive a powerful car in the first place and others who think they can control a car when they have no idea what they are doing, but I have to believe the majority of crashes occur because someone ran out of luck. As soon as we think we are immune or special that is when to start worrying. Best

Agreed, these cars are almost becoming the sport bikes of the passed and present. You must respect them or you will crash. I wonder how much faster these cars are going to get.
