I don't think Ferrari stated what Kimi's problem was in FP1. Saw a shot on the TV coverage of a bunch of Ferrari mechanics standing around his car to block any camera shots to see what they were working on.
Holy crap. I would say it was a bad day for Maldonado, but this looks pretty average in reality. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_F2qZtSaoqg [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TF7B6oTbwnQ]Pastor Maldonado's crash 2014 China FP2 - YouTube[/ame]
Yeah, he said, "Something's not right with the car. I'm coming in." Then, he just drove through ad did a practice start at the pit lane exit.
He seems to make up for a talent deficit by employing extra aggression, usually with disastrous consequences. All the best, Andrew.
Pains me to say it (really grown to dislike the team in the last 6 months or so), but the car is actually pretty good. The one thing they need to sort out is the rear end. If they find a fix for that by Spain suddenly they're quite a serious top 10 contender. Grosjean has been putting the car close to it quite a few times. For a team that had no car when the Jerez was on...that's quite something.
LOL ferrari "look" good on both practice but none of the merc turn it on 100% yet this will be another dismal weekend for ferrari, hope im wrong
