It's not manual, but I own an XJS-12. Not sure it's an exotic, but I love the engine.

I was just curious and bored on the weekend at the American Girl store in KC with my daughter. Einstein said as speed increases time slows down but I have a corollary that the deeper into the AG store the slower time also seems to go. I was trying to think of any other manufacturers that had made V-12 engines or used others V-12 and put them as a manual. It seems crazy that somewhere along the line Mercedes never saw fit to make three pedals an option, they have probably made more V-12s than anyone.

Wasn't sure about the XJ-S, seems the US misses out and has to do with a slushbox. The original A-M Vanquish can be retrofitted with one but are rare as hen's teeth.

The BMW 850, even at $15k-ish prices for one with 100k+ miles would be an interesting car that will possibly appreciate some day. Wasn't sure if they ever made a stick optional for the 750 or later 760.

Just an interesting exercise, a 550 Maranello is still probably my favorite car of all time.

8 series in good condition and rarer models are already appreciating in value. B12 5.7 Alpinas are already 100k+ euros cars. B12 5.0 are 60-80k, depending on color and condition. Nice 850 CSi change hands for 40-80k, depending on mileage.

8 series or a v12 vantage. The Aston is probably the most beautiful car built in the last 30 years, and the V12 in the mold of a daytona, keep it for 20 years and make money as it becomes a collectable classic.

I had always thought that the 840 was the one available with a 6 speed and the 850 was auto only.

Not 100% about the 850 but the 850csi was a very different beast and only ever available as a manual.

850(C)i with M70 was available with a 6 speed manual
850(C)i with M73 was only available with a 5 speed automatic.
