My driver side window is stuck in the down position.

When I push the 'down' button, I can hear the relay clicking. In the up position, nothing.

    Passenger side is working fine.

Hopefully this is something simply like a blown fuse? Any guidance for trouble shooting? I am not that great with cicuitry

If its the same as a 348 both windows share 1 relay, however each window has a separate fuse.

Look in your manual and find which fuse (in the passenger footwell) is responsible for that window and check its not blown.

NB The relay for the windows is the same as other relays so if its still a problem after checking the fuse unplug the relay and swap it with another to check the relay but TBH if the other window is working ok my guess its either the fuse blew when the window was in the down position or your window switch is broke. Again, if thats the case swap the switch with another to check whether its the switch.

Could be broken wires in the door jamb.

If you need to get the window up for security - and if the door "strakes*" are as easy to remove on a 355 as a 348 then its only 2 cables to the motor and hence you could manually and temporarily reverse the polarity at the motor to get the window up by using the down on the button. (never done this, but I did once take one of my motors off and flexxed it to the car battery of my daily car , cables one way round the motor went one way, cables the other way round motor went the other way)

(* sorry, dont know what the official terminology is for 355 doors)

Switch modules are all pretty much the same - so can be swapped around for fault finding. Ditto as Jeff said relays.
But as per 2NA's suggestion - my first port of call would be the wiring at the door jambs.

I had a issue with my drivers window not working and after tearing apart the door to be sure my motor work. (Put 12v to it) and it worked I fingered it was the window module.

After I out the power to the window it worked so I figure I just had some corrosion on the motor or it was gummed up. Works fine now.

If you need a window module for a coupe I have one.

Yep, common. They get worn from constant movement. This is why I only enter the car through the window. ;)

    Not really.

My passenger window works intermittently. Stopped working on my trip to Vegas for about 50 miles then worked.
