P1 in an unlikely place...

So I was jogging along the sea front of my home town in the North East (England) the other day and kind of saw this...

It's by no means a bad area but the demographic doesn't tend to be that of hyper car owners – that's a beaten up derelict pub in the background.

Rumour is that it belongs to the owner of a waste management company in the area – they do say there's money in muck!
