    Longtime Viper Guy since buying a new 1995 RT/10 Blk/Tan Roadster, after owning 4 others Vipers our Current Viper is a 2010 B/W Roadster. Have been kicking around the idea of owning a Ferrai ever since well.......since I was a boy! Used to ask for a Ferrari on my Xmas list and Mom always came through with a sweet match box or Hot wheels Ferrari!
    As thrilling as that was this seems....Bigger!
    End of an 8 week search and it came on my Birthday, sits out front ready to rock!

    PS the Stereo did not sound near as bad as I had been expecting then I found a nice suprise under the hood. Also Information found on Ferrari chat was valuable to me as A few of the horror stories led me to search only for CPO warranty Vehicles. Thanks GUYS!

    I think the 430 looks incredible in black...black inserts on Daytona seats are a great touch too. Nice get!

    congrats looks great i have owned 5 vipers and since 2008 i have owned a 355/360 and now a 430 you made the right move enjoy in good health

    Beautiful car, congratulations. I noticed you purchased your car from Algar Ferrari. I purchased my 2007 F430 Coupe from Algar last May and they were good to do business with.

    Thanks for the kind words, spent the better part of the day getting to know the Ferarri. This meant some freeway blasts, twisty scenic parkway etc. F430 delivers, in every way looks, ride, handling and the sound is incredible!

    great color combo. I have black as well. get ready for cleaning car every week. Also, not sure the car came with one but I would have 3M installed on bumper and half hood. Its not perfect but it has saved my life!

    Your car looks awesome and interior flawless.

    I understand the comfort level of buying from a dealer...as I have just started to research for a potential future purchase. I have a question for you and maybe others...do dealers of exotic cars expect to be negotiated down 5-10% like other used cars. Maybe it is less or not at all. On purchases from individuals...I have always let the seller make intentions of possible negotiations.

    Negotiate, what have you got to lose? I got tired of sorting through the mine field of flood and damage history F430's 6 owner cars, sketchy service histories etc. I decided my best search option was at Ferrari Approved Car Locator I got a better deal on a one owner, sold and serviced since day one car from a Ferrari Dealer IMHO.
    CPO car will get 101 point inspection, fluids changed, and cost the dealer 3,200 for the power train warranty. I offered 10K less, but ended up at 5% off. Also the inspection revealed a bubble in a front tire, so they put on new ones no questions asked! Algar Ferrari was top notch!

    Thanks SLViper I have just started to research and am finding that buying a used Fcar may be different than buying a lot of other cars. It's not so much the price you pay...but how much it costs you. I just wanted a gauge as I am now trying to decide my budget.
