Fan issue

This am I was heading up to an fca event and the 348 lit up cel1-4. Rather than drive 3 hours it was best to head back to the garage and check. Rats. Going to check the ecu codes later today. What I did notice is only the drivers side fan was spinning when temp hits almost halfway.

Not sure if this is related to the cel yet though last I remember both fans engaged simultaneously. Are there 2 fan relays to check and are they in the passenger footwell fusebox?

 

Pulled codes 1211 and 1212 and reset. Not sure how common these codes are but appears 02, maf or timing related from what I researched.
