All of a sudden my fog lights stopped working. Nothing happens when I push the button. Would both stop working if one bulb goes out or does this sound more like a fuse blown?

Is the light switch on the stalk also turned on? Fog lights won't come on without it. At least that's how mine works.

Likewise, rears will only work if the fronts are on.

(Something I had to explain to my MOT inspector as he did his checks sequentially)

Start small/simple. Before you start taking out bulbs and removing switches, check the fuses. Fuses first, then bulbs, then connections, then switch.

When I was in college, I installed a killer stereo in my car. When I finished the install it didn't work. I knew I did EVERYTHING right, yet nothing. Pulled it all out and then asked the simple question, "Did I check the fuse box?" Turns out it was the damn radio/lighter fuse. Lesson learned when it comes to a solving a problem, especially with cars (start small/simple).

    Good luck!

pull one of the fogs and check the connectors. in a word... like the rest of the connectors in Ferrari.. suck.

My LH one does it all the time. If they are both out at the same time then check a fuse.

Takes 5 minutes to pull out the lamp assembly.. just put a towel on the ground and DON'T DROP the darn thing. I was behind someone and saw the one was out... so I stopped in a McD's parking lot once since I'm slightly OCD and pulled the lamp to look at it.. sure enough it was the stupid connector.

The looks I got from being on the ground working on his Ferrari were priceless. :D

Also, relays. Most lights I've seen have fuses for right and left. Relays typically are used for pairs of lights, so when you have failure of two at the same time, it is likely a switch or a relay issue.

If you blew two fuses, it is a symptom of a short somewhere, and you'll need to dig deeper.

OK. Checks both fuses and they are good. Checked the relay and it is good. Any other suggestions on where I should check before I start tearing apart the lights? It seems od that both have failed at the same time.

I had both my bulbs burn out at the same time last year. It happens. Easy to replace bulbs.

Is the bulb access from underneath the car by removing the lower panel?

Remove the small panels underneath the bumper just below each fog light. Remove the wire connector to the bulb and then remove the bulb by twisting it and it will come out of the fog light assembly. I believe you turn it counterclockwise. You do not remove the whole fog light, just the bulb. Reverse.

My ferrari tax is still on those connectors leading into the fogs. Bet they are loose.
