I've heard fantastic things about Ledbury. New to the game but look and seem to be made very well. They're around $135 a shirt if I remember correctly. They make French Cuff, Slim Fit and Regular. Definitely my next pick...I just don't wear many button downs day to day :)

These are by far the best shirts out there

Slim fit, classic Brit colors, perfect stiffness cuffs

at $39/sh you will NOT find better

I have ordered 8 and worn for last 24 mos...all still perfect

Their white is classic Don Draper

Stripes in blue/white and checks are very tasteful

I spent 22 yrs in NYC / Wall St and literally have seen every elite shirt under the sun

Not sure how they are doing this for $39; but epic in quality.

    Looks like $50 a shirt now. I didn't see any at $39.

everyone has their favorite brand and you have to try a couple to see what suites you

If you’re on a budget then those "house brands" you mention are perfect. You don’t HAVE to have plackets

frankly…nobody cares what you wear as long as it is clean and professional

maybe if you concentrate on work instead of shirts you could afford $500 shirts?

Wow! This post plus your comment belittling people who wear stainless Rolexs in another thread just confirms what I thought; you're really full of yourself.

Whenever I buy their shirts the sleeves are unbelievably long. I'm an athletic build, so perhaps thats the problem?

I buy CT shirts or have them custom made here in DC. There are quite a few good tailors that use Zegna or the like fabrics and have the shirts made in HK.

I also purchase from Tom James.

Their quality seems to be great. I have a few pair of dress pants that I have been wearing regularly for years and they still look absolutely new. It is also very convenient to work with them as they come to you.

Pink is also decent. I haven't had the pleasure of trying some of the other brands listed.

I'm surprised to find so many positive comments about Charles Tyrwhitt as it appears to me that they are a UK version of Paul Frederick. I ordered a few shirts from PF on a whim a few years ago and I've got to say they were absolute garbage, I've had better luck buying from Mens Warehouse and having them tailored.

My shirts are from a tailor in Bangkok................$45 USD EACH...............you've got to order 12+ at a time............100% bespoke and fully measured in person in your country..............awesome longevity of the fabric, and outstanding quality. It's a shirt, why pay 5X the price for label no one sees, from someone whose work is no different than this guy ?
