    Hi guys!

I hope you all had a great weekend!

In order to help you get through your Monday I wanted to share a video of a GORGEOUS Bicolore 458 we just wrapped up for a great local client. The customer's goal was to keep the car "docile" (can you even use the word docile when describing a 458??) while cruising around, picking his kids up from school, taking his wife out to dinner, etc. And transform into an absolute animal when the "go pedal" is smashed, or he's in the mood to hunt Lamborghini's!

In order to meet the criteria set by the customer, the parts roster consisted of our Fabspeed equal length OEM replacement headers, HJS 200 Cell tri-metallic directional sportcats, both of which fed into his factory, valved, OEM exhaust. To round everything out nicely, and gain that little extra "kick", we tuned the car using a custom map written by the pro's over at Evolution Motorsports.

In my opinion this is the absolute best setup for the 458 Italia. In addition to being fully modular (each piece is totally compatible with either the Fabspeed or OEM part they attach to), It gives you the best of everything; OEM-ish sound with the valves closed, and what can only be described as an F1 type scream when you bury your foot and let them open up! The HP increase is substantial to say the least, and a nice bonus to the sound. The overwhelming feedback from every owner I have talked to that outfitted their Italia in a similar fashion is the same:

"holy ****! Why didn't I do this sooner!? An absolute MUST HAVE"

The beauty of the upgrades we performed (besides the huge bump in HP and the incredible sound) is that all of our parts are OEM replacement. They bolt right up to the OEM components with ease and the functionality, usability and driveabilty of the car remain in tact with no sacrifices.

Overall, it was a beautiful weekend for these cars and I know that the owner spent the day becoming acclimated to his newly discovered beast! The power is there just waiting to be released :D

    Evan

The headers fitted to the car in your pictures look quite different to the headers on their own - have I missed something? (the welds and style of the flex pipe).

    Hi Evan,

Which HJS cats is Fabspeed using?
Are they the ones up to 350hp, 5.0L x 2?
