I am interested to know after 2 years of ownership, how many KM's you have done and if the 458C has required any many maintenance in the engine, gearbox or clutch departments.
5,600 kms on the clock. Regular, normal and required checks and maintenance performed but no engine issues nor clutch nor GB issues (let's hope this stays this way!!). Several sets of brake pads gone obviously and half way through second set of disks.
That's awesome!! I have been checking out some 2nd hand ones on the Net and some have 3,500kms and state new engine and Gearbox with sounded strange to me....
Hope you had a nice day at Curbstone trackday. Real Ferrari overload, it was great. Have got some pictures if you like.
We had a great day. Thanks. Completed 70 laps. Indeed a lot of Ferrari's in the racing cars stints. Street cars had an overload of Porsches. Well organized and dry weather what else could we have hoped for? Thanks for the offer on the pics but we had our own photographer with us and he made over 300 pictures that day. Next time you are there come on over to our box to say hello. Cheers, M

Hi Anders, Yes I will. We are scheduled to drive at Spa with Curbstone on the following dates: 30 March 2015 25 April 2015 4 June 2015 1 July 2015 6 August 2015 28 September 2015 29 September 2015 Cheers, M
Great news, I will probably go to some of them to catch up with "PVG", was at Imola & Mugello last year, fabulous events. Cheers, Anders
Sounds great Anders. Looking forward to meeting with you. Please come over to our box to say hello. Imola and Mugello were great last year. Unfortunately I couldn't join as I was away on business but everybody told me it was great. Cheers, M
I will for sure, and many thanks in advance M, I am looking forward to do that! About Imola and Mugello, yes superb, especially Mugello. The two MC12 Corse cars from Germany was there, it was good to see them in anger. The AF Corse GT3 cars stood still in comparison. In between the two days Patrick set up a factory tour plus Corse Clienti (F1 and FXX/XX programme) tour for me and a few friends. First time I visited the factory (not the first time in Maranello tho). It was a rather great feeling when they opened up the gates and my friend let me drive his F430 in to the parking just outside the reception area. Probably the greatest moment in my life. Ha ha ha ha. Cheers, A
That's great Anders. Looking fwd to meeting you. Great to hear you had a nice time with the factory and Corse Clienti tour. Done that a couple of times myself during my visits to Maranello (either while speccing a car, doing the Corso Pilotta or with the 458 Challenge). It is always great being there. Patrick organizes nice things and takes good care of people. You won't be disappointed when coming to Spa either. Cheers, M
I can't even begin to imagine how awesome it must be to be a part of the Challenge programme, to own one or several Ferrari(s) must for sure be great, but to be racing with Ferrari, that's the "final level"! Yes PVG is a really rather nice chap! Actually in Maranello right now I believe together with "Martino"... Cheers, A Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yep, PVG is in Maranello with Martino. Official ceremony for all those who competed and won on Ferrari's last year. PVG became Dutch SuperCar Champion with his 458 GT3 hence why he went to collect his prize Cheers, M
