    Can someone please tell me where the abs ecu is located on a 97 355 spider.

    It's located at the front Side of your boot under the carpet. On my cars being there RHD, it's on the left side. So if yours is a LHD it could well be on the right.
    Your looking for the ECU that stands vertical and is slotted into a metal holder with 4 relays on the side of it.
