    I've just found the name of this car which is in between the metamorphosis of the 288 GTO into the F40 does anyone have pix or data of this stunnig one of a kind car any info will be appreciated for this huge ferrarista thanks in advance

    The picture is taken at garage Francorchamps in Belgium. There is here a VERY big collection of books, magazines etc ... about Ferrari
    The 166 MM Touring barchetta is 0064M.

    Thats Jacques Swaters headquarters in Belgium. The 166 is #0064M.

    The collection is owned by the owner of Ferrari Belgium, Mr J. Swaters. His collection is considered to be one of the best and most extensive in the world. The 166 MM is chassis 0064M and was delivered new to Mr G. Agnelli, the former FIAT boss.

    Looks like a 750 Monza or 500 Mondial? I cannot exactly see what type it could be. The yellow item in front of it is a "short-tail" section of an 512 S sportsracer.

    I have 6 288 GTO's Evoluzione, of which the second one was turned into a 288 GTO prototype (one of six 288 GTO prototypes), so 5 remain. S/N's:
    #50253 (the afore mentioned turned into protype 288 GTO)
    #70167 present owner Shin Takei in LA. First owner Pierre Bardinon.
    #70205 long to be seen at the Galleria Ferrari
    #79887 Since 1998 owned by Leventis in the UK
    #79888 The above mentioned 288 Evo of Swaters
    #79899 Sultan of Brunei

    I think it was the very first delivered to Jean Blaton "Beurlys"

    with sn 103097 and then maybe bought back by Swaters .....

    if any one can confirm.....
