Hello friends. I have been eye balling F355s for a couple test now and have loved them. I currently am driving a Noble M400 with 6000 miles on the car.
You think there is anybody out there that would be willing to trade for a 3 pedal Berlinetta?
    Thanks for all the help.

I suppose anything is possible.... Values are similar currently, but I think 355' prices are bottoming out and on the rise, where the M400 has room to fall. If anything even, I'd say most 355's would be valued slightly higher in good condition.

It would be moving from a branded car with great history and heritage, to what I would consider more of a "kit" car than anything too. A hard sell for sure.

On a side note, do you know the origin of your tail light assemblies? Hehehe.....

All good points made. I think the value on the Noble cars left in the states will appreciate though. Only because of the fact there were only 220 examples offered in the country.
I had the car titles in the state of KY labeled as a Noble and NUS0096 as the vin. It even carries full insurance through State Farm. Nothing I have legal on it has it labeled as a kit car.
I'm crossing my fingers I can find someone on here that loves trying new things like me.

Wonder if it can be legally registered in CA... What engine does it have? I would put in a twin-turbo 24v Alfa V6... Like the "crazy" South Africans, = brilliant Dawie de Villiers.

Yes, I have seen a couple examples registered in California. Noble chose to use a v6 motor from ford and threw their own twist on it. Here is some I for on the power train

The Noble M400 features a mid-mounted transverse engine design. The power plant began life as a 2,968 cc DOHC Ford Duratec V6 with four valves per cylinder, as used in the Ford Mondeo ST220. With this engine as a base, Noble fits high-lift camshafts, revised fuel injection, and two turbochargers.
For durability, Noble also added forged pistons, an oil cooler, a larger baffled oil sump, and extra cooling ducts. Its engine has a maximum power of 425 bhp (317 kW) at 6,500 rpm, with a torque figure of 390 lb·ft (530 N·m) at 5,000 rpm.[6] This power and a light weight allow the M400 to achieve a power-to-weight ratio of just over 400 bhp/ton, the figure for which it was named, a 0–60 mph (97 km/h) of 3.2 seconds and a 1/4-mile time of 11.4 @ 119.8 mph (192.8 km/h).[7][3] Top speed is 187 mph (301 km/h). The UK automotive TV show Vroom Vroom suggested that the M400 gave Ferrari Enzo performance at a Porsche 911 price.

Why don't you just sell the Noble outright and then buy the 355 cash?

That will be an option in the future. Just thought i would try and find a well sorted one here and make a trade. It would make the whole process quicker and easier. I thought it would be worth a shot.

You may find someone, but the Noble owner is usually someone who wants a lot of bang for the buck in terms of performance while the Ferrari owner usually is the opposite. They care less about outright performance and more about the experience. I like the Nobles quite a bit but no way I'd give up my 355 for one. Good luck, they're cool cars for sure.

I don't see the facts behind this stern response other than maybe personal preference. Both cars have about the same value in today's market as a previous member already stated.

yes...his response was a joke. it had the sound of an elitist. laughable!

keep your noble or sell it outright to a driving enthusiast. very cool car you have and I suspect you don't deserve snide responses to your ask.

    best,

I think its a fair trade. People with 355's will often have 4 or 5 other cars, possibly multiple ferrari's - and most ferrari owners are rarely satisfied ;-) The Noble is a great change of pace.

Ive seen two Noble's for sale in the past 5 years. With that said, you're best bet is always to sell and buy. Trades typically financially favor one party much greater and you have the disadvantage there.

You will probably be more likely to find someone willing to swap or perhaps purchase your car if you place an ad advertising your car in the "Other Cars" section of the "FerrariAds" section of this forum.

    Neat car, BTW.

I was admiring one at a local cars and coffee last weekend.
