    I just wanted to leave a quick note thanking James and Michael. My son took my California in to their new shop in Addison ( he said it was "Awesome!" ) today to have the oil changed and check everything out.
    I know they are busy but they took some time and showed him some of the cars they were working on ( Diablos, 246, TRs).

    Sometimes in life, it is the little unexpected things you do in a day that really impact others.

    My brother took my 355 in about 2 months ago and had the same treatment. Norwood Italia really goes above and beyond for customer service!

    They are always like that when I stop by. Went over there last week with my 8 year old daughter and Mike let me show her some cars in the shop.

    The one question I always ask those two is. "How do you ever get any work done?" They are both great guys.

    just got my f430 from them, they fixed a clutch/actuator issue that RAC goofed on. Now they are in uptown, they are the place to go...

    Nice guys, but veryyyyyyyyyyy busy.. Be patient if you do need to drop the car there for service..

    My car is in cahoots with them. They like to tease me that the car is broken but its not.

    The one time your car was broken and not in the shop, I dropped mine in for a service :)
