Experience with Phone Sound Quality on FF

    My speaker for my phone is super "tinny" sounding. I'm connecting an iPhone via Bluetooth which works well and I have the High Power HiFi on a 2012 FF. The sounds system (radio or bluetooth streaming) sounds awesome. But when I get a phone call it is really hard to hear the caller.

    Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions?

    I've had no complaints on mine mated to an iPhone 5 (and now 5S). What kind of mobile phone are you using?

    Likewise, no issue with mine using an iPhone 5.

    I too have an iPhone 5 but it sometimes in not as clear as it could be. Biggest trouble is often I am using the bluetooth connection with the phone and my radar detector too and the stupid iPhone can not multitask well so there is a constant short interruption in the audio, very short but constant. I fix it by turning off the radar detector (after slowing down:D)

    I use a bberry q10 and it sounds perfect...

    I have the same problem in my 2012 FF. I made a complaint to my Ferrari dealer but I still waiting for a solution.

    Is there ayone who has changed the OEM speakers?

    Let me know what happens. I have just learned to live with it, but if you also have a problem maybe we got back speakers.
