Can we just go to the hangar or do we have to attend both? I dont get out of work until 1 and am in Juno and can be at the airport around 1:30. Is it at the Rotortech address listed above?

    Sorry, Tom.....all or nothing....

In order to keep events properly organized, it is easiest to do it this way. Too hard to plan around people showing up or leaving at different places at different times.....

Although this particular event likely wouldn't matter so much, there are others that definitely do, and it is just easier to have this policy across the board rather than continuously trying to adjust for different people, events, venues, etc each time there is anything planned.... I put together the registration process so it helps us organize for headcount, food, parking, and/or whatever other facets are involved with a particular event.

I think this started with people just wanting to show up for lunch at the Toy Rally, without doing the drive, because they didn't want to wake up so early..... the TR planning committee implemented an 'all or nothing' process, and it has carried over to the other events (both big and small) to assist with successful planning.

    Hope you understand.

    No problem Fred.
I agree that it is difficult when you have people coming and going between events. A few years ago I went on a road rally in Central Florida and it had 5 checkpoints. The third one was a lunch place and the fifth one was at a hang glider place and people were able to show up near the one that was closest to where they lived. It was total confusion at the end since some of the cars got lost, or only went from one checkpoint to the other and left after lunch and we didnt know if we should wait for them to show up at the final checkpoint.

Now I hope I havent opened up a can of worms and have people say that they want to go to the BBQ but not the airport!
