    I am having a technical problem. Under the additional options section, the "manage attachments" option is missing under attach files, any ideas?

    I would assume for someone to fix your problem with an educated answer they would need to know what browser, settings etc. I don't have any specific answers for you but if I run into website specific problems I try other browsers or a tablet, etc.

    Yes, too many variables. I'd try another browser for a fix.

    Rob thought it might be a browser issue as well. I tried Google Chrome yesterday, but no luck. Thanks for the tips though.

    Mike, I tried my wife's work laptop and the manage attachments button was there, so I know it is something with my computer, but what? I also played around with some settings options after doing a search but it still didn't change anything. I'll just keep plugging away at it.

    I bet you're answering yes to 'show all content' when the page is first shown, security thing. Just say yes.

    Jeff, I think you got it. When that started popping up, I would just click the close button. Everything else seemed to work fine except for the manage attachments button.
