    Lovely, reminds me a lot of my/our trips in 2012 and 2013.

    Me and my mates on a parking lot somewhere in Italy:

    Videos are here, but too big to upload (4 GB each ;) ).

    Will be off to Lake Garda and then going east towards/into
    the Dolomites sunday for yet another week of sheer driving
    pleasure. These machines are MEANT to be used ! 2 years
    of ownership and then closing in on the 30,000km-mark.

    Best,
    Ulli

    Those pictures look amazing Ulli! I must say driving with one car is amazing but driving with a few just takes it to a whole different level!

    Completely Agree they are meant to be driven! The Italia is currently on the 33,000km mark but thats after 3 years! Looks like you are really driving and enjoying yours a lot!

    Best

    @jipettersen:
    When will you be arriving at Lake Garda & where abouts are you staying ?
    We'll be there around monday afternoon/evening as we'll take the way via
    the 'Timmelsjoch' which makes an overnight stay somewhere necessary
    (= nearly 1,000 kms of way for us to THAT point alone; we're coming
    from the Cologne-area).

    If you'd like to meet up, let me know b4 sunday !

    @Robin:
    Yes, these cars are a treat and anybody with a heart will LOVE to make
    use of them. I don't get it how they can be left rotting in a garage.

    This was in 2012, somewhere in the Dolomites. Once you've been there,
    you'll ALWAYS return. Lovely sights and _WE_ add the sounds. :D

    Best,
    Ulli

    Amazing video! Travel to Europe often and often wish to fly a car over here to take advantage of some of the country roads!

    I was curious, I am guessing you are using a GoPro? I am looking to buy one but not sure if it is super hard to use, I am not amazing with technology. I think now they are selling the Hero3+ which is what I was looking to get. Can you give insight on how effective the gopro was and what attachments you purchased? I am very curious!

    Of course I can give you some information. We used 2 gopro's (HERO3 and HERO3+) new one being a small but useful improvement on the standard HERO3. I purchased the camera's plus the suction cup mount which on a clean service is brilliant and I have driven 180km/h with.

    Additionally in the HERO3+ pack there is a remote which means you can simply press the remote to activate the camera outside the car and of course turn it of again.

    They are brilliant little cameras, only make sure that you buy a 64GB SD card and that you have sufficient storage left on your computer to upload them.

    Wow! Thank you! I am for sure going to buy one :)

    I am in France now(not driving) and find the highways here just epic.

    Do you find when you use the suction cup mount it leaves a mark where it was after use? That is my only concern!

    Does GoPro give you an editing application? Because the video came out beautiful! Or did you use another program?

    Thanks for the advice! Will also purchase the 64GB!

    Wait till you get to Italy, it gets even better there, which is also helped by the more understandable policemen

    The suction cup doesn't leave any marks or what so ever, I have placed it on Windows, doors, roofs and bonnets and not a single mark.

    There is an editing program for GoPro but i personally use Ivideo, but both are fairly easy to use.
