    I need a replacement for the cap tether. Are they easily removed and will yo sell without the cap?

    I actually removed mine because it was somewhat in the way when placing the cap into the holder on the lid properly when fueling...

    early cars did not,correct.
    they implemented that later on.

    the parts diagram for the 5.2 355 doesn't show a tether either. was this car originally equipped with one?
