    Are they really different?
    I found a used never installed set of 5.2's headers. Can I use thee on my 95 2.7?

    I have not had the pleasure of putting these two different year headers together so I don't know if there is a difference or not, if the top pipes, collector are different because of the different set ups for the bypass valve tube.

    The price is right even thought I haven't found any issue with my headers, but I couldn't find anything specific in my search.

    The output angles are different between the 2.7 and 5.2. I do not believe they are interchangeable.

    You know I can understand that on factory but I would think on aftermarket it really wouldn't be cost effective to have different styles yet be the same price.
    I'm wondering if the fab speeds are really different

    Of course if I get these and they don't fit I can always sell them to someone here I'm sure.

    They are different. 5.2 and 2.7 have different flanges and flange angles for the bypass cat/pipes.

    Anyone have photos showing these differences? I'd like to see a side by side more educated the better.

    5.2 and 2.7 should not be an issue at Fabspeed, they take their 5.2s and modify them to a 2.7 before shipping them to you (no extra cost).

    They did that for me and they're still on my car and I love them.

    If you read the OP's opening post you would see he found a set of used 2.7, hence the purpose of the thread..

    You're right Dave, misread that one...

    However, if they are able to make a simple mod and reweld them to realign, couldn't a used pair also be modded to fit. Perhaps it's not worth the hassle...
