    Another project car Steve?

By the way, I saved my 1,000th post on FCHAT just for you as you took me for my first F1 drive in the 355 you had for sale. I remember all of the stares as we took it through the park. Still a great memory. Thanks buddy.

Good to hear from you. Hope yours is running fine.
The price on this one is out the roof. I am sure its going overseas. No one is " " enough to pay over 25K for a car with front and rear damage. by the time they are done fixing it will cost close to 40K if not more.

If you are and see this post, please forgive me :) "I meant crazy enough"

this is the 1000th post. Did you take a video or something?

Not sure if 1,000 posts in a two year period qualifies as obsessed, or merely bored. My F355 is running great thanks Steve.

Looks like someone is running it up and not going to pay

Unless there is a few kilos stashed in it somewhere :)

Ye, but that would throw the balance off on the car. Who would stash few kilos in a 355?

I'll bet you its going overseas where they don't have salvage titles

That car is just in preliminary bidding, that will close before the actual live auction begins , ( when dealers registered with copart are the only bidders allowed to bid )when it will most likely be bid on to an even higher amount !

Live bidding starts on the 31st. It may or may not go any higher. Usually it does. You may register as a public buyer and pay the sales tax when picking it up but they do not have a lot of cars for public buyers, specially high end cars.
I do have access to a dealer license and can help if someone needs a car.

Not likely someone is running it up, with copart you need to provide a substantial deposit just to bid, at 25k the deposit to bid is $2500. Once the auction ends their fees are high, buyer fees on 25k + will top $2000.00. Add shipping and repairs and this is going to get expensive
