Well, taking this logic even further, because Ricciardo comes in as a "rookie" on an ace team:

Ricciardo (today) > Seb (in his prime) > Webber (in his prime) > Rosberg and/or Hamilton (yesterday rookies)

 

I would LOVE to see Alonso, Hamilton and Vettel in equal cars!!!!! Who is with me

 

Hmmm. Based on today's grid I'd rather see:
Rick
Bianchi
Alonso
Hamilton
Seb

in equal cars.

Yeah absolutely. I'll tell you what sucks... changeable conditions, slick tires on wet stripes, grass and other off line hazards. Quirky power delivery and braking. What's awesome is getting a podium from the pit lane, touching the wall after a mistake induced spin and holding position. Wrestling a power hampered car, yet again, this time to P2. And passing two cars on the last couple laps, leaving a massive gap at the checkered flag. What else sucks is crashing into your team mate and both cars going out. I'm curious to see how Alonso does in all this. If they have found some power or smoothed out the delivery issues, Ferrari could make a difference In the last half of the season.

 

For a one off race of champions sure. But that's not what F1 is about.

 

And who would supply the equal cars?

 

We are just dreaming here so who cares?


Would it matter if they weren't in current F1 machines? Something of limited capeabilities might showcase driver skills better.

Me 2 weeks after my op in the field at the back of my brothers, pushing my luck though my head needed repair time and it's a bit bumpy on the field, karts cost £500, buy 8 direct from China cost £250.00, well worth it if you have the space..
