    +1...also defines the gearing required, which again has a major impact on the drive line feel and keeps them aligned with their respective intended purpose.

    Yes. So the FF has tall gears while the 458 is short geared, so that for example you can ride the FF to 134 mph in 4th but only 113 in the 458, despite the 458's 1000 RPM higher redline. This makes for a huge difference when you drive them.

    See my January 1st video post ... 5 inches or more of new snow :) and I am on the way to the R/C flying field in the FF. I think the FF would be faster that day!

    F12, lighter, smaller, more horsepower, even with only 2wd under dry conditions it should be faster. But who cares, John Force will make something faster (even though it won't be a Ferrari :)).

    But I WANT ONE! :)
