Thanks Dave. I should have known I could have found the info here before I did it. Looks like I got the height about perfect but I'm about an inch closer to the door then they should be. I'm just going to leave them were they are. I'm not too anal on that stuff.

I actually need to reinstall mine. They are in the proper place but I bought yoshi shields and they did not fit the fender contour well. I bent them but not perfect and I have small gaps (yes, I am that anal :D

I just bought some 3M tape. I'm going to use dental floss to remove. Then I will fit them perfectly and re apply.

I think shields add a touch of class to our cars. Even the yellow on yellow looks great Brian. My Yoshi's have been on the car for a couple of years now and still give it that little color contrast (yellow on red) that makes it special.

I found that fishing line works really well. That, good off, and some strategically placed heat.

Thanks, Luke. I'll hit up a fishing friend.

Also, make sure you wrap a towel around you hands. The line can slice you pretty easily.

Maybe I am half anal cause I'm starting to go crazy.

Not over the ones on the 355 that I placed. They might be a bit off from OEM but they are exactly even to one another to the mm.

The ones that came on the 348 on the other hand are a good 1/4" different up and down and side to side from one another. I didn't even notice until I broke out the tape measure to see where to place the other ones. Now that's all I see walking from one side of the car to the other. I know no one else will notice since you can't see both sides at once, but it's going to drive me crazy. I guess I will be removing and reapplying some badges also. :(
